To help protect your equipment and keep the process fair, returned products should be clean, complete, safely packaged, and in a condition suitable for inspection.

  • Complete contents Include all parts, manuals, hardware, safety keys, remotes, cables, and included accessories.
  • Protected packaging Use original protective materials when available, especially for treadmills and walking pads.
  • Clear condition Returned items should not show avoidable damage caused by misuse, poor repacking, or unsupported transport.
  • Approved request Returns must be reviewed by Runvora support before shipment is arranged.

Refunds are reviewed after the item arrives and passes inspection. Any missing components, transit damage from improper packaging, or signs of heavy use may affect the final resolution.

Do not discard packaging until you are confident the product is staying with you. Original packaging is often the safest way to send equipment back.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Large fitness equipment requires return approval and specific handling instructions to avoid delays, lost shipments, or preventable transit damage.
Should I keep the original packaging?
Yes. Original packaging, inserts, and protective materials are strongly recommended because treadmills and walking pads can be damaged if they move inside the box during transport.
What should I include in my return request?
Include your order number, the product name, your delivery date, the reason for the return, and photos showing the item condition. If a part is missing or damaged, photograph the packaging and affected area clearly.
